Just as the “endless” geometric number"Pi" Pi-Design stands for unlimited :
Development of creative designs for interior and exterior arrangement, furniture and home decoration articles.
All products are unique. You can
only find them at pi-design.
There are only a limited number of designs which are produced.
They are original pieces of art of everyday consumable goods.
In all designs there is at least
one recuperated or renewable material used.
So, Pi-design not only stands for unlimited ideas but also for
unlimited re-use of material.
It is not a coincidence that WOOD is often used in the creations.
Wood is constantly renewed and inexhaustible, at least if it is managed
in a proper way.
Working with recovered materials is not only done because of ecological
reasons but also because of the conviction that there are some
economic, quality and aesthetic advantages linked to these materials.
No complex constructions but simple, easy to make, user friendly, functional but nevertheless well considered designs. The preferred styles are minimalistic, countryside and loft.

Richard Florida's three Ts for success : "Technology" - "Talent" - "Tolerance" or the idea that with a positive attitude together with an open mind, a lot of creativity and technological innovations social, economic and ecological problems can be solved.
Without really calling it a source of inspiration, Pi-design supports Michael Braungart's and William McDonough's ideas of "Cradle to cradle". According to this vision "scrap" is "food" and all products should to be designed to be reused.
